I believe that homemade meals are the heart of a healthy lifestyle and a happier you. Time in the kitchen shouldn’t be tense or stressful, but enjoyable and fun. Cooking is my happiness and it shouldn’t be a chore. But I do understand that life doesn’t always allow for elaborate dinners with 10 plus ingredients. For the everyday, most of my meals are simple and take under 30 minutes to prepare.
