This dish is not only delicious, but wild salmon has so many health benefits. If you are trying to incorporate more fish into you diet, this marinade is a good way to start. It would also be great on white fish or shrimp.
I always opt for wild salmon instead of farmed salmon. While they have similar levels of Omega-3s, wild salmon is much higher in other important vitamins and minerals. Plus, the farmed salmon contains higher levels of contaminants. It’s always better to steer clear of that!
